CAD Engineer

We're looking for a CAD Engineer who can take a project from concept to factory-floor-ready documentation without hand-holding. The ideal candidate has experience creating shop drawings, production drawings, and cut-ready files for manufacturing, and is proficient in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and 3D modeling.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating shop drawings, production drawings, and cut-ready files for manufacturing
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and 3D modeling
• Experience generating accurate bills of materials with part-level detail and vendor references
• Ability to dissect complex assemblies into individual components and produce clear documentation for the factory floor
• Experience preparing DXF files for CNC or other production equipment
• Strong attention to dimensional accuracy and drawing standards
• Ability to work independently from a brief or rough concept through to completed production documentation
