We're looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to own day-to-day retention execution in Klaviyo for a premium DTC accessories brand.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of email and lifecycle marketing experience in ecommerce or DTC
- Strong Klaviyo mastery including flows, segmentation, dynamic content, reporting, and template builds
- Ability to draft clean, on-brand email copy and build polished email layouts directly in Klaviyo
- High QA discipline and operational rigor
- Comfortable interpreting performance data and proposing clear next actions
- Clear, reliable communicator who can execute within a fast weekly cadence
- Sensitivity to premium and luxury-adjacent brand tone and aesthetics
