Finance Manager

We're looking for a highly analytical Finance Manager to serve as the financial architect of a growing service-based organization. You will operate as a high-level individual contributor responsible for building financial clarity, modernizing reporting systems, and partnering with operational leaders to drive disciplined, data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance management, FP&A, or a senior accounting role
• Experience in service-based, hospitality, or operationally complex organizations
• Advanced Excel proficiency including financial modeling, multi-tab reporting structures, and variance analysis
