Financial Analyst

We're looking for a highly analytical, systems-minded Financial Analyst to serve as the financial architect of a growing private club organization. This role is responsible for building financial clarity, modernizing reporting systems, and partnering with operational leaders to drive disciplined, data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance or FP&A
• Experience in recurring revenue environments such as membership models, subscriptions, SaaS, or similar
• Advanced Excel proficiency including financial modeling, multi-tab reporting structures, and variance analysis
