Job Description
We're looking for a highly analytical, systems-minded Financial Analyst to serve as the financial architect of a growing private club organization. This role requires 5+ years of experience in strategic finance or FP&A and advanced Excel proficiency. You will be responsible for building financial clarity, modernizing reporting systems, and partnering with operational leaders to drive disciplined, data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance or FP&A
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience in recurring revenue environments
- Hands-on experience with Jonas Club Software or comparable club management and accounting platforms
- Strong understanding of three-statement financial reporting
- Experience building financial systems or reporting infrastructure from scratch
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort presenting to senior leadership or board-level stakeholders
