We’re looking for a Head of Strategic Partnerships to own partnerships end-to-end across multiple business lines and initiatives, with a focus on executing partnerships across retreats, events, brand initiatives, book launches, online summits, and ecosystem expansion. The ideal candidate should be commercially sharp, execution-focused, and AI-native, with strong executive communication skills and experience building and managing structured CRM systems.
Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
- Direct experience managing partnerships end-to-end
- Strong executive communication skills
- Experience building and managing structured CRM systems
- AI-native mindset with comfort using AI tools to improve outreach and workflows
- Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational discipline across multiple parallel initiatives
