We're looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to support and execute performance marketing campaigns for education and training businesses. You'll support senior advertisers, manage ad accounts, and learn how to own campaigns end to end. This role is hands-on and execution-driven, ideal for someone early to mid-career with agency experience and a desire to grow their skills across Google, Meta, and TikTok ads.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience running paid ads, ideally in an agency environment
- Experience working with Google Ads and Meta Ads required
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable starting in a support role and growing into more ownership
