QA Tester (Product & Operations Support)

We’re looking for a QA Tester who can own manual testing while also supporting light administrative and recruiting workflows inside a fast-moving health tech startup.

Requirements

• 2 to 3+ years of experience in QA testing, product operations, or technical support
• Strong attention to detail and comfort following structured testing instructions
• Ability to clearly document bugs and communicate issues in writing
• Comfortable using tools like Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
• Interest in technology, startups, or healthcare software
