Technical Project Manager (IT & Infrastructure)

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to support delivery of critical infrastructure, security, and internal systems initiatives across a fast-moving AI-native healthcare platform. You will work directly alongside engineers and IT leadership to coordinate complex technical workstreams, manage dependencies across teams and vendors, and keep execution visible and accountable at every stage.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience owning complex cross-functional technical projects
• Demonstrated background in at least one of the following: IT system rollouts, security or compliance programs, internal platform migrations, or technical vendor implementations
• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments without a defined playbook
• Strong written communication with high attention to detail
• Track record of driving stakeholders and maintaining accountability without heavy oversight
• Comfort working directly alongside engineers and IT specialists
• Ability to understand technical discussions around infrastructure, security, and systems and translate them into clear plans and progress updates
• High ownership mindset and bias toward action over process
• Experience inside a healthcare, healthtech, or regulated industry environment
• Familiarity with security frameworks or compliance programs such as SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar
• Experience managing device management or endpoint rollout programs
• Background working in an early-stage or high-growth startup
