Manage commercial construction projects, guide field operations, schedules, and budgets to success, and lead teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Construction Management or equivalent field experience
• 8+ years managing commercial construction projects in the field
• Proven experience supervising commercial construction projects, with strong MEP knowledge
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Experience in healthcare/pharma, higher education, or K-12 projects preferred
• Ability to manage budgets, labor schedules, and project progress efficiently
• Willingness to travel within Illinois, Indiana, and surrounding states as required
