Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (or Scotland/Northern Ireland as relevant), typically with strong post-qualification experience
- relevant professional qualification and practice experience (where applicable)
- relevant degree and substantial sector experience (legal qualification beneficial but not always essential)
- 5–12+ years of progressive legal experience (in-house and/or private practice), suited to mid–senior level scope
- Demonstrated capability in one or more areas such as commercial contracts, corporate governance, employment, disputes, regulatory, compliance, privacy, property, or legal operations
