Legal Professionals (Mid-Senior Level)

Hire Resolve is assisting legal organizations in hiring experienced legal professionals for multiple mid–senior level opportunities across a range of practice areas and business functions.

Requirements

• Provide legal counsel and practical risk-based guidance to business stakeholders and/or clients
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
• Manage matters across areas such as corporate governance, employment, compliance, litigation, regulatory, privacy, IP, real estate, or transactions
• Oversee outside counsel, budgets, and matter strategy
• Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and document retention expectations
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Operations, and Security teams
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Mentor junior team members and help elevate quality standards across the function
• Produce clear written work product, presentations, and training for non-legal audiences
