Legal Professionals (Mid-Senior Level)

Hire Resolve is assisting legal organizations in hiring experienced legal professionals for multiple mid–senior level opportunities across a range of practice areas and in-house functions within the UAE.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent legal degree
• Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous for certain roles
• Professional qualification and licensing/eligibility to practice in the UAE or in recognized jurisdictions
• Typically 6–12+ years of progressive legal experience (in-house and/or private practice)
• Demonstrated capability in one or more areas such as commercial contracts, corporate governance, construction/projects, employment advisory, compliance, regulatory, disputes, or real estate
• Strong drafting, negotiation, stakeholder management, and risk-based judgement
• Familiarity with legal tools and systems (where relevant)
• Professional fluency in English is required; Arabic is advantageous for certain positions
