Legal Professionals (Mid-Senior Level)

Hire Resolve is assisting legal organizations in hiring experienced legal professionals for multiple mid–senior level opportunities across a range of practice areas and in-house functions throughout Canada.

Requirements

• LLB/JD (or equivalent) is typically required for lawyer roles
• Membership in good standing with a provincial/territorial law society
• Typically 5–12+ years of progressive legal experience
• Demonstrated capability in one or more areas such as commercial contracts, corporate governance, employment, regulatory, disputes, compliance, privacy, or legal operations
• Strong drafting, negotiation, stakeholder management, and risk-based judgement
• Familiarity with relevant tools and systems
• Professional fluency in English is required; French is an asset
