Hire Resolve is assisting legal organisations in hiring experienced legal professionals for multiple mid–senior level opportunities across a range of practice areas and in-house functions in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent); postgraduate qualifications are advantageous for certain roles
- Relevant professional qualification and licensing/eligibility to practise in Saudi Arabia or recognised jurisdictions (depending on role scope)
- Strong relevant experience may be considered where local practising rights are not essential
- Typically 6–12+ years of progressive legal experience (in-house and/or private practice), aligned to mid–senior level responsibilities
- Demonstrated capability in one or more areas such as commercial contracting, corporate governance, projects/infrastructure, employment advisory, compliance, regulatory, disputes, or real estate
- Strong drafting, negotiation, stakeholder management, and risk-based judgement
- Familiarity with legal tools and systems (where relevant), including document management, contract lifecycle management (CLM), matter management, and Microsoft 365
- Professional fluency in English is required; Arabic is advantageous and may be required for certain roles depending on documentation and stakeholder needs
- Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain discretion, and operate effectively in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
