Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professional (Mid-Senior Level)

Hire Resolve is assisting manufacturing and supply chain organisations in hiring experienced Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professionals to join their Netherlands-based operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
• 5–10+ years of experience within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or industrial operations
• Manufacturing or Production Management
• Supply Chain Management or Planning
• Procurement or Strategic Sourcing
• Logistics, Warehousing, or Distribution Operations
• Manufacturing, Industrial, or Process Engineering
• Quality Engineering or Quality Management
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies
• ERP, MRP, WMS, or MES systems
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural, matrix-structured environments
• Regulated or high-volume manufacturing environments
• Professional proficiency in English is required; Dutch language skills are beneficial
