Senior Engineering Professional

Hire Resolve is helping leading engineering firms across the United States to recruit experienced engineering professionals for various roles. This role may suit candidates with experience in design, operations, project execution, process optimization, compliance, or leadership within an engineering-driven organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, or related discipline)
• 7–15+ years of relevant engineering experience, depending on role and specialization
• Proven experience working on complex engineering projects in an industrial, manufacturing, construction, energy, infrastructure, or technology environment
• Strong technical knowledge within your engineering discipline
• Experience with industry standards, codes, and regulatory compliance applicable to your field
• Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently while also leading or contributing within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred (role-dependent)
• Proficiency with relevant engineering software, tools, and systems
