Senior Engineering Professional

Hire Resolve is partnering with leading organisations across the Saudi Arabia to recruit experienced mid-senior to senior-level engineering professionals. The opportunity is designed to encapsulate multiple engineering disciplines, particularly within construction, infrastructure, energy, oil & gas, utilities, and industrial sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, or related discipline)
• 7–15+ years of relevant engineering experience, depending on discipline and project scope
• Proven experience working on complex engineering projects within construction, infrastructure, energy, industrial, or oil & gas environments
• Strong technical expertise within your engineering discipline
• Familiarity with Saudi standards, international codes, and industry regulations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is advantageous)
• Ability to work independently and within multicultural, cross-functional teams
• Professional Engineer registration or equivalent certification is advantageous (role-dependent)
• Proficiency with relevant engineering software and tools
