Senior Finance Professional (Multiple Opportunities)

We are recruiting experienced Finance Professionals for a range of client opportunities across Germany, ideal for professionals seeking to step into senior-level responsibility and progress toward finance leadership or head-of-finance roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• CPA, ACCA, CIMA, Steuerberater, or equivalent qualification preferred (role-dependent)
• 5–10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or HGB
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, Workday, etc.)
• Strong communication skills; ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Leadership capability and readiness for increased responsibility
