Job description
We are looking for a hands-on AI Solutions Architect who can identify business problems, architect solutions, and rapidly deploy AI-powered applications, automations, and workflows across the company. This is a builder role, not a research role. The ideal candidate is obsessed with execution, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and capable of turning ideas into working systems quickly.
You will work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve how we source talent, evaluate candidates, onboard clients, manage operations, support account management, and drive revenue growth. You'll architect and deploy AI-powered applications that solve real business problems and create operational leverage across the organization.
The ideal candidate is obsessed with execution, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and capable of turning ideas into working systems quickly. You'll have the opportunity to help build the AI foundation of a rapidly growing global company, work directly with leadership on high-impact initiatives, and own projects from concept to deployment.
