We’re seeking a commercially minded Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the marketing function and bring structure, ownership, and direction to a growing business.
Requirements
- Own and manage the marketing function end-to-end
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms
- Build and maintain a clear content and campaign calendar
- Coordinate and publish content across social media, website, and other channels
- Analyse campaign performance including lead volume, channel effectiveness, and conversion trends
- Optimise campaigns based on data, improving efficiency and reducing wasted spend
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns aligned to business priorities
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing generates qualified opportunities
- Track and report on key metrics including leads, campaign performance, and outcomes
- Maintain clear weekly and monthly reporting for internal stakeholders
- Build systems, processes, and documentation to support future team growth
- Continuously test, refine, and improve messaging, targeting, and channel performance
