Job Description
Our client is revolutionizing the logistics and shipping industry with almost 100 branches. Ranked among top 5 courier startups in Egypt. HR Manager oversees employee relations, payroll, and compliance with laws and regulations.
Requirements
- MBA in Business Management / Human Resources
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Employee Relations & Business Leadership skills
- Proficiency in office software and other software suites related to human resources, such as Microsoft Office and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition and the ability to apply this information so that its compliant with the relevant employment laws
- Capability in creating a healthy work environment that fosters diversity, inclusion and collaboration among employees
- Ability to monitor employee performance through a review process for the entire organization
- Excellent in hiring white and blue collars
