Requirements

• Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and evolve the Financial Reporting Team.
• Strategic Reporting: Own the full reporting cycle for the Group, ensuring precision and meeting rigorous deadlines.
• Compliance & Governance: Safeguard the Group’s integrity by ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements.
• Operational Ownership: Take full ownership of critical functions, including stock control, transfer pricing management, and treasury.
• Systems Innovation: Act as a lead contributor in the design and implementation of next-generation financial reporting systems.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors and key site leads.
