Requirements
- 2–5 years in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or HubSpot Admin (SaaS/B2B preferred)
- Proven HubSpot expertise — workflows, automation, lead scoring, reporting
- Strong grasp of sales pipelines, lifecycle stages, and customer journeys
- Detail-oriented with a knack for process improvement
- Comfortable integrating HubSpot with other tools to boost GTM performance
- A proactive, resourceful, startup mindset
