HireHawk connects top global talent with high-performing U.S. companies. We're looking for a proactive and phone-oriented team member to join our sourcing team, conducting outbound calls to applicants and managing candidate records within the ATS.
Requirements
- Conduct outbound calls to applicants
- Proactively identify, and reach out to candidates directly from our ATS database
- Review existing candidate pools to find relevant profiles and initiate contact via phone
- Update and manage candidate records within the ATS
- Clean, organize, and maintain candidate pools to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Move candidates through different stages of the recruitment pipeline based on status and feedback
- Re-engage past candidates in the ATS through outbound calling efforts
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience
- Support sourcing and recruiting teams with administrative and coordination tasks
