We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Case Manager with a strong background in Personal Injury law firms. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth case progression, empathetic communication, and precise coordination with attorneys, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
Requirements
- Serve as the main liaison between clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies.
- Open and manage new PI cases, ensuring proper documentation and intake procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files, including medical records, bills, and client communications.
- Track treatment progress and follow up with providers to obtain records, reports, and invoices.
- Support attorneys in case preparation (drafting correspondence, organizing discovery, managing case timelines).
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and coordination of hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Prepare settlement demands and assist in medical lien negotiations.
- Provide proactive, empathetic communication to clients throughout the case.
