Financial Accountant (3270949074-T1-CB-S1) - Remote El Salvador

Join our dynamic consumer goods company as an Associate Accountant supporting critical finance operations. This role requires bilingual capabilities to effectively communicate with Mexican clients in Spanish and U.S. clients in English.

Requirements

• Spanish fluency required to support bilingual communication with clients in Mexico and the U.S.
• Proven ability to independently manage month-end close processes with minimal supervision.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting principles.
• Demonstrated experience managing financial reconciliations, including bank, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Ability to proactively identify, document, and communicate financial discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
• Proficiency with desktop-based ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics GP Desktop.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions, and reconciliation workflows.
• Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Dual-monitor workspace preferred, or willingness to set one up.
• Associate Degree in Accounting or a related field required.
