Requirements

- Proven experience in staffing agencies, recruitment firms, or RPO companies (required)
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and long sales cycles
- Experience managing paid acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Experience building demand generation engines
