• Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies
• Use logic, research, and data to uncover new talent pools and sourcing methods
• Tackle hard-to-fill roles by thinking creatively
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates
• Conduct initial outreach and engagement with potential candidates
• Collaborate with internal teams to deeply understand role requirements and hiring challenges
