After Sales Assistant Manager

A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions is seeking an After Sales Assistant Manager to oversee and manage the after-sales service department, ensuring high-quality support to customers, and manage a team of service professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in power supply and distribution, including at least 3 years in team management roles
• Hands-on experience with data centers, substations, and power plants is preferred
• Proven experience in managing after-sales service departments, including familiarity with large-scale equipment service systems, processes, and standards
• In-depth understanding of Malaysia's power distribution system standards
