Job Description
Deputy Manager, General Affairs responsible for overseeing Human Resources and Administrative functions, developing HR policies, and coordinating daily administrative operations. Our client specializes in daily chemical raw materials and operates two major production bases in China.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of HR & Admin experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or head role, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, ISO/GMP standards, and administrative management
