Distribution Network Analyst | Pasir Gudang

A Distribution Network Analyst is required to oversee daily inventory distribution planning, manage outgoing product flow, and ensure global DCs maintain sufficient Days on Hand (DOH) of Finished Goods inventory. The role involves collaborating with teams, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and analyzing performance results to propose process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Distribution or Supply Chain Analyst
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for strategic decision-making
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with planning or ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities
• Capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and flagging risks/issues proactively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
