Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, with strong exposure in recruitment
- Familiar with recruitment processes and basic HR operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in MS Office; HR systems knowledge is an advantage
- Able to work independently and work well in a team
