M&E Project Manager

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management for M&E systems, ideally within data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and safety systems, particularly in the context of data centers
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from concept to completion, with an emphasis on M&E systems
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative working environment
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to M&E systems
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering design software
