A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and optimize mechanical structures for power distribution and diesel generator containers.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Design, Power Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in modular power containers or high-power electrical enclosures.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and FEA/thermal tools such as ANSYS or COMSOL.
• Familiar with standards such as ISO 668, EN 12079, ISO 8528, GB/T 2820, Uptime Tier, TIA-942.
• Skilled in sheet metal design, including welding, stamping, bending, and cutting.
• Able to collaborate closely with electrical, HVAC, and production teams to ensure integrated design.
• Strong problem-solving skills in thermal, acoustic, and vibration control.
• Fluent in Mandarin (required for communication with China-based engineering and production teams).
