Job Description
Our client is a leading-integrated Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider seeking a Planning Executive to coordinate and liaise with raw material buyers, production managers, and supervisors regarding material supply and production output.
Requirements
- Coordinate and liaise with raw material buyers, production managers, and supervisors regarding material supply and production output.
- Manage work orders, ensuring timely completion and proper closure.
- Analyze customer forecast changes and provide accurate feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct analysis of production and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing resource requirements.
- Compile and prepare AOS and exposure reports for customer feedback.
- Monitor and expedite operations to minimize schedule delays, and adjust schedules to address unforeseen issues.
- Ensure MDS requirements are met by maintaining at least 3 working days of advance stock availability without shortages.
