Provide administrative support to the production and operations team, prepare and maintain production reports, and coordinate production schedules.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience in manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an added advantage.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
