Job Description
Develop and implement project quality plans, define quality objectives, and conduct FMEA to identify and mitigate potential quality issues. Support new product development, coordinate with supplier quality and process teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field)
- Proven experience in quality engineering, preferably in manufacturing or project-based environments
- Experience in NPI, project management, or product development quality
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and standards (FMEA, PPAP, SPC, 8D, ISO)
