Job Description
We are looking for a QA Engineer to execute quality assurance activities for fit-out, steel structure, and M&E-related works at project sites. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of steel structure fabrication and installation processes, and good understanding of interior fit-out systems and construction detailing.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Building Services, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical, Interior Fit-out, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC or site quality roles within fit-out, steel structure, or M&E installation projects.
- Strong knowledge of steel structure fabrication and installation processes, including welding, bolted connections, coating, corrosion protection, and NDT testing.
- Good understanding of interior fit-out systems and construction detailing.
- Familiar with QA documentation and document control processes.
- QA/QC-related certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, welding, coating, NDT) are an added advantage.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
- Able to work independently at project sites.
