Job Description
Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, prepare and review financial statements, and perform detailed financial analysis. Lead month-end and year-end close processes, conduct budgeting and forecasting, and mentor junior accounting staff.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or ACCA certification preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
