Job Description
The Senior HR role is responsible for overseeing recruitment, training, performance appraisals, employee relations, and HR strategic planning for a manufacturing company in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field and minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in HR management
- Solid understanding of HR management systems and the six major HR functions
- Familiar with Labor Law, Labor Contract Law, and relevant employment regulations
- Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 management systems is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, and coordination skills
