Job Description
Assist the Assistant Manager, Operations in overseeing smooth daily operations. Lead the team to achieve department KPI goals. Perform various supervisory tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehousing and logistics, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, particularly in documentation and communication with customers and transporters.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.
- Good judgment and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Forklift license is an added advantage.
