HireLatam is a recruitment agency that places top Latin American talent in US companies. The company is hiring a Remote Growth Marketing Manager to develop and execute a full growth marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or inbound marketing
- Proven track record of driving measurable lead generation and funnel growth
- Advanced experience with HubSpot (workflows, automation, lead scoring, reporting)
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, CRO, and full-funnel strategy
- Experience managing freelancers, contractors, or agencies
- Strong analytical skills with experience building and interpreting marketing dashboards
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Experience managing social media content and publishing
- English proficiency (C1+)
- Self-starter with a startup mindset—comfortable owning outcomes and moving quickly
