HireLatam is a premier recruitment agency that places top Latin American talent in independent contractor roles in US companies. Our client is a sales development consultancy that partners with early-stage B2B tech startups in the United States to drive growth through structured outbound prospecting programs.
Requirements
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone and email to generate qualified leads.
- Make a total of 100 calls per day (50 calls per client; 2 clients at a time).
- Launch outbound email campaigns using provided tools and sequences.
- Set as many sales-qualified meetings (SQMs) as possible for assigned clients.
- Log prospect interaction data and call outcomes in the CRM.
- Represent U.S. B2B tech startup clients in a professional and articulate manner.
Benefits
- Fixed Base Salary: $1,500- $2000 USD/month
