As a Talent Sourcer & Recruiting Assistant, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting pre-screening, and pipeline quality control. You will work closely with Senior Recruiters and Recruitment Leads to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
Requirements
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and alternative platforms
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
- Support niche and high-priority searches with creative sourcing strategies
- Review and pre-screen candidates to ensure quality and completeness
- Identify and disqualify incomplete applications (following internal guidelines)
- Review candidate audio recordings to assess English proficiency and communication clarity
- Route candidates correctly based on screening outcomes and add notes when needed
- Ensure candidates are handled correctly and not moved prematurely
- Review candidate profiles for basic data issues (names, formatting, missing information)
- Correct first and last name details using the candidate's CV when clearly identifiable
- Keep the ATS clean, organized, and up to date at all times
- Work closely with Senior Recruiters, Recruitment Leads, and Recruiting Operations
