Job Description
HireNow Staffing is recruiting a Business Operations Lead for a valued client partner in the AI-driven enterprise healthcare startup sector. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, MBB consulting, private equity, or high-growth startups. They must have advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, strong analytical thinking, and a proven track record of owning projects end-to-end.
Requirements
- Own and execute high-impact projects across Finance, Operations, and Go-To-Market functions
- Support enterprise sales opportunities through pricing models, proposals, commercial analysis, and contract coordination
- Build and improve internal business systems including procurement, people operations, and operating workflows
- Develop financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and cohort analyses to guide strategic decisions
- Partner daily with Sales, Product, Engineering, and executive leadership on priority initiatives
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes from zero-to-one
- Prepare executive-ready analyses, recommendations, and reporting materials
- Use modern AI tools and workflow automation to improve speed, accuracy, and execution quality
- Drive accountability across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project completion
Benefits
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $160,000
- Bonus Potential: Up to $50,000
- On-Target Earnings: Up to $210,000
