Job Description
Conflicts Research Analyst (Law Firm Ethics & Intake) for a nationally respected law firm. Conduct thorough conflicts research and documentation to support new client intake, lateral attorney onboarding, and ongoing matter management.
Requirements
- 1 year of conflicts experience within a mid-sized or large law firm environment
- Hands-on experience conducting conflict checks, corporate research, or matter intake reviews
- Working knowledge of legal ethics, professional responsibility standards, and conflicts protocols
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant law firm experience demonstrating strong legal operations foundation
- Authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship now or in the future)
