Job Description
We are seeking an Information Management Specialist to support our client's law firm in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in records management or office administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of professional services or administrative office experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational accuracy
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship now or in the future)
- Must be local to Cleveland, OH or able to commute to the hybrid schedule
