Requirements

• Graduated from a T14 law school
• Minimum 3+ years of corporate M&A experience
• Prior experience at an Am Law 50 firm
• Strong experience supporting or leading complex M&A transactions
• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
