Job Description
HireNow Staffing is partnering with a next-generation banking and cash management platform to identify a Founding Recruiter who will define how the company attracts, evaluates, and hires world-class talent from day one.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
- Proven success recruiting technical roles (engineering, product, infrastructure) with the ability to flex into GTM hiring
- Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates at top-tier technology companies
- Experience working in or closely with fintech, AI, or early-stage startups
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to advise founders and senior leaders
